Community Response Unit – Mobile Kitchen and Street Ministry

Every Tuesday and Wednesday, we prepare meals to take out on the Food Truck. There are time slots available: for food prep and cooking, serving meals and clean-up afterwards.


We need volunteer help on Tuesdays:

  • 9:30am-11:45am – food prep and cooking
  • 11:45am-1:30pm – serving meals on the truck
  • 1:30pm-2:30pm – clean up

  • 9:00am-11:30am – food prep and cooking
  • 11:15am-1:30pm – serving meals on the truck
  • 1:30pm-2:30pm – clean up

Supporting families in Kamloops, Supporting Salvation Army staff delivering programs, Making connections with people in your community

Hampers (supervise our shopping model)
Bag down products (sugar, flour, coffee, jam/peanut butter, etc.)
