We will provide the ingredients for dinner as well as all the supplies needed to participate in the activities/games.
Pick Up will be FRIDAY December 10th, 9am – 12pm.

We know that Christmas is coming quickly and we do not want to you worry about how you are going to provide Christmas for your family after everything you have gone through. Let us take care of you this Christmas!

What is included in a Christmas hamper?

• A gift card to a grocery store so you can purchase what you and your family would like to eat for Christmas Dinner.
• A couple gifts for each child in the household that are in high school and younger
• A stocking for each child

***Please note that only parents and legal guardians are eligible to apply for children’s gifts***

What to expect…

Please fill out the application as accurately as possible and if you have children in your house, please make children’s wishlists as detailed as possible along with clothing and shoe sizes. Once you have completed your application you will receive an email confirmation and then someone will be in touch with you in the coming days to let you know your assigned pickup appointment day and time.

Please note that all applicants are responsible for picking up their Christmas Hamper on the assigned day and time. Christmas Hampers will not be delivered.

Each household is only allowed to receive one Christmas hamper from any agency.  If it is found that you have applied for more than one, you may be deemed ineligible to receive a Christmas hamper.
